How do I reset my password?
Tap Forgot password? on the login screen. You'll receive a reset link by email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), or your Stripe account (web). PupSavvy does not process cancellations directly — go to your device's subscription settings to manage your plan.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.
Can I use PupSavvy on multiple devices?
Yes — your data syncs across all devices automatically. Sign in with the same account on any phone, tablet, or the web.
