Common questions

How do I reset my password?

Tap Forgot password? on the login screen. You'll receive a reset link by email.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), or your Stripe account (web). We can't cancel subscriptions for you. Cancel in your phone's subscription settings, or in your Stripe account for a web subscription.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.

Can I use PupSavvy on multiple devices?

Yes. Your data syncs across your devices. Sign in with the same account on any phone, tablet or the web.
